How to Restore a Purchase

If you've previously purchased a subscription in SwingSlapp, you can easily restore it on your device. Follow these steps to restore your subscription and access premium features.


How to Restore a Purchase

Step 1: Access the Pricing Page

  1. Go to the Home Screen
    • Make sure you're logged in to your account.
    • Tap the Join Now button on the main Home page.
  2. Open the Restore Option
    • On the Pricing page, locate the Restore button in the top right corner.
    • Tap Restore to begin the process.

Step 2: Check for a Valid Subscription

  • SwingSlapp will automatically check for any valid subscriptions associated with your account.
  • This may take a few moments.

Step 3: Confirmation Message

  • If Successful: A message will confirm that your subscription has been successfully restored, granting access to premium features.
  • If Unsuccessful: If no active subscription is found, a message will notify you that a subscription could not be restored.

Important Notes

  • Same Account Requirement: Ensure you're logged in to the account used for the original purchase.
  • Valid Subscription Only: The Restore feature will only work if you have an active or previously purchased subscription linked to your account.
  • Troubleshooting: If issues persist, you can try signing out and back in, or contact Support within the app for further assistance.
