With SwingSlapp, you can easily import golf swing videos from your phone's media library for detailed analysis. Follow the steps below to import and review your swings!
Importing Videos
Step 1: Access the Import Option
- On the Home Screen
- From the Home screen, tap the Import button.
- In the Video Library
- Open the Video Library and tap the + button in the corner.
Both options will direct you to your phone’s media library, where you can select a video to import.
Step 2: Select a Video
- When prompted, your phone’s Media Library will open.
- Browse through your videos and select the one you’d like to import.
Step 3: Grant Media Library Access (if prompted)
- For first-time users, SwingSlapp will ask for permission to access your media files.
- Tap Allow to enable access, which is necessary to import and analyze videos from your device.
Step 4: Open the Video in Analysis Mode
- Once you’ve selected and imported a video, the Analysis Page will automatically open.
- You can start using the tools to review and analyze your swing immediately.
Tips for Importing and Analyzing Videos
- Ensure High Quality: Videos with clear, steady shots will be easier to analyze.
- Check Permissions: If the app is unable to access your media library, go to your phone’s Settings > Privacy > Photos (or Media on some devices) and make sure SwingSlapp has access.
- Organize in the Video Library: After import, your videos will be saved in the Video Library for easy access.
