How to Reset your Password

If you need to reset your password, follow the steps below. Note that password reset functionality is only available for users who signed up with an email address.

Resetting Your Password (Email Sign-Up Users)

Step 1: Access the Forgot Password Option

1. Open the Email Login Page
   • Go to the Login page and select the Email Login option.
2. Click "Forgot Password"
   • Enter the email address you used to register for SwingSlapp.
   • Click Forgot Password.
3. Check Your Email
   • A password reset email will be sent to the email address you entered (if an account exists with that email).
   • Open the email on your phone to proceed.

Step 2: Reset Your Password in the App

1. Open the Link on Your Phone
   • Click the password reset link in the email. It’s important to open the link on your phone to ensure it opens the SwingSlapp app directly.
2. Enter a New Password
   • The app will prompt you to enter a new password. Choose a secure password and save it.
3. Log in with Your New Password
   • After resetting, return to the login screen and enter your email with the new password to access your account.
